Sugar Manufacturing Tank

Sugar Syrup Plant mainly consists of following equipment:

• Liquid manufacturing Vessel - Along with Baffles & Jacket
• Sugar Syrup manufacturing Vessel - Along with Baffles &Jacket.
• Storage Vessel
• Vacuum system for transfer of sugar syrup
• Pipelines - Manufacturing Vessels and Storage Vessels are connected through individual pipeline. Inline Sugar Syrup Pre-filters are provided. All connections like bends, tees, valves, inline sight glasses are of Tri-clover / Din Standards.

Special Features of Vats & Vessels Sugar Syrup Plant:-

• Sugar syrup and manufacturing vessels are JACKETED with limpet coils for heating and cooling.
• These vessels can withstand internal vacuum to facilitate transfer of sugar directly from stores to sugar syrup vessel.
• Filters provided at the bottom can be easily dismantled and cleant, sanitized or sterilized.
• Bottom Entry propeller agitators are available
• Capacity- 500 Ltr. to 2000 Ltr.
• M.O.C.- SS 304 / SS 316.
